Prices vary according to the season and the number of people. During the summer period, the Mas is rented in priority by the week.
We offer 10% discount on the second week and the following for any stay of at least 14 consecutive days (contact us).
A farmhouse of this type (location, space, living environment), can be rented between 2500 and 3500 euros per week for 8 people depending on the season. To allow a wider public to rent the Mas, we offer a sliding scale rate between 8 and 4 people and we open the number of rooms according to the number of people (e.g. 2-3 rooms for a group of 4 and 6 rooms for a group of 8).
You will find opposite the weekly rate depending on the number of passengers. The rate per person per night is as follows (minimum 4 and maximum 8):
** July & August ≃ 57 euros per night per person
** June & September ≃ 50 euros per night per person
** May ≃ 45 euros per night per person
** April & October ≃ 34 euros per night per person.
Regardless of the number of people, you will be the only tenants in the house.

Another advantage is that the rental rate is "all-inclusive", it includes:
- Tourist tax (1.50 euros per person per night)
- household linen: sheets, towels, towels, tea towels, etc.
- cleaning fees
- Unlimited internet (wifi/TV)
- water and electricity, within reasonable limits of consumption
- Weekly pool maintenance

If you decide to rent the Mas, simply make a reservation request
by clicking here. You will be invited to create your traveller space on the site, where you can ask your questions and follow the progress of your booking in complete security. Once your request has been accepted, we will send you
a digitized rental agreement (digital signature).
The rental fee is to be paid 50% as soon as the rental contract is signed (deposit) and the balance is to be paid no later than 30 days before the date of your arrival.
In addition to these costs, a deposit of 500 euros must be paid at the same time as the balance (cheque + copy of your holiday insurance or bank transfer).
The deposit of 500 euros will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found. We thank you for reporting any damage to us before the exit inventory, for an amicable settlement.
You can cancel your stay and be refunded the deposit up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
